When an animal needs help, finding that help should be easier.
TIMOMAX was created from a simple belief.
Animal care is often fragmented. Shelters, rescues, fosters, veterinarians, volunteers, pet owners, transporters, businesses, and communities may all be working toward the same goal, yet too often they remain disconnected.
TIMOMAX brings them together.
We are building an intelligent network that connects animals and the people who care for them with the resources they need—from rescue organizations and foster homes to veterinary care, emergency assistance, transportation, pet services, and community support.
Ask TIMOMAX is an AI-powered assistant designed to make finding help simpler and faster. Whether someone is searching for emergency veterinary care, a foster home, food assistance, transportation, a rescue organization, or other animal-related support, TIMOMAX helps connect people with the right resources when they matter most.
By bringing shelters, rescues, fosters, veterinary professionals, volunteers, pet-service providers, and communities into one connected network, TIMOMAX helps people work together, share resources, respond to urgent needs, and create better outcomes for animals.
But TIMOMAX is about more than rescue.
Our vision is to be there throughout an animal’s life—from rescue and adoption to everyday care, wellness, healthy aging, and the extraordinary bond animals share with the people who love them.
Animals give us something truly rare: unconditional love.
They trust us without judgment. They comfort us without being asked. They stay beside us through our happiest moments and our hardest ones. They become our companions and our family, leaving a lasting imprint on our hearts and our lives—giving us their love, loyalty, and trust without asking for anything in return.
And when they are frightened, lost, hungry, sick, abandoned, or simply in need of love, it is our turn to be there for them.
TIMOMAX exists to help make that possible—to create connections between animals in need and the people who can make a difference: a rescuer, a foster, a veterinarian, a volunteer, a neighbor, or simply someone who cares.
Because when they need us most, we should be there for them.
One network. One community. One place where help begins with love.
One intelligent network for animals and the people who care for them.
TIMOMAX connects two networks through one platform. Rescue. Care. Services. Community. Intelligence.
TIMOMAX Welfare Network
Shelters · Rescues · Fosters · Volunteers · Animals · Transport · Adoption · Emergency · Pet Support
To save animals, prevent unnecessary surrender, and connect animals in need with the resources that can help them. Participation is free, and stays free.
You do not have to know which network holds your answer.
TIMOMAX Pet Services Network
Veterinarians · Emergency Hospitals · Pet Cafés · Groomers · Boarding · Trainers · Pet Stores · Pet Transportation
To help owners find trusted care in one place — and, over time, to fund the welfare side rather than charging shelters to take part.
You say what is happening. TIMOMAX works out where the answer lives.
- Services“My cat is sick and my vet is closed.”
Emergency veterinary care nearby, and TIMOMAX Emergency if it cannot wait.
- Welfare“I found three kittens and can’t keep them.”
Rescue, foster, transport and the local community feed, in the right order.
- Welfare“I can’t afford food for my dog this week.”
Pet Support: pantries, low-cost care and neighbours with a spare bag. No means test.
- Services“I need a groomer near me.”
The pet services network, ranked by distance and nothing else.
- Welfare“Which shelters urgently need fosters today?”
Live capacity and foster need, with the time each figure was confirmed.
- Welfare“I had to put my dog down yesterday.”
Emotional support, written and reviewed — and never presented as therapy.
One database. Different doors.
A veterinarian sees veterinary tools. A shelter sees rescue operations. A groomer sees business tools. A person with a dog sees none of it — they see Ask TIMOMAX. Everyone is inside the same TIMOMAX, and the difference between them is a permission set rather than a separate product. Holding a TIMOMAX account is not access to the welfare network: a business account cannot reach a confidential animal record, an unpublished capacity figure, or a foster’s address, and the database enforces that rather than the interface.
The information exists. It is just scattered.
A shelter knows what it can take. A rescue eighty miles away knows the same about itself. A person with a spare room would say yes if anyone asked. A driver is going that way on Saturday. None of them can see each other, and an animal runs out of time in the gap.
TIMOMAX is the layer that connects those four facts — plus the public record of what government spends on animal welfare, so the same people can see whether the money is reaching the animals.
For shelters and rescues
Live capacity that shows when it was last confirmed. Explainable matching against rescues and fosters. Transport with a chain of custody. A person approves every transfer.
For fosters, adopters and volunteers
One place to see who near you needs what, with the shelter's own numbers attached. Your address is stored for matching and is never published.
For everyone else
A public record of animal-welfare spending — federal awards, state and municipal budgets, shelter contracts — with a link to the original government document behind every figure.
The rules TIMOMAX holds itself to
These are not aspirations. Each one is a constraint, a trigger or a policy in the database, with a test that proves it refuses to work when violated.
AI never decides
TIMOMAX can rank, suggest and predict. It cannot place an animal, approve a transfer or classify an expenditure on its own authority. Predictions are labelled as predictions and show the data behind them.
No invented numbers
If a figure is not in the source, the interface says Data unavailable and names the reason. It does not estimate, and it does not back-fill statistics to look established.
Location is coarsened
Every community post's coordinates are rounded to about a mile before storage. There is no column in the feed capable of holding a street address.
Money never touches TIMOMAX
Contributions are charged on each rescue's own Stripe account. TIMOMAX takes a service fee and holds nothing — which also means it says so plainly rather than implying otherwise.
Payment never sets priority
A partner can pay for prominence among other businesses, disclosed as paid placement. It can never affect which animal is shown first, which alert is sent, or what TIMOMAX recommends in an emergency. Commercial standing is kept in a separate table that no urgency, alert or matching query is allowed to join, and a test fails the build if one does.
A badge is a completed process
Verification names the person who performed it, and the database refuses a registration that arrives already verified. A 24/7 emergency badge is checked separately from the licence, because someone drives there at 3am on the strength of it.
