TIMOMAX publishes an animal only when the organisation holding that animal has listed them here, and none has yet. That is a gap in TIMOMAX's records, not a statement that no animal near you needs a home — your local shelter or rescue will have animals TIMOMAX has never been told about.
No photograph. TIMOMAX has no photo storage configured on this deployment, and it does not generate pictures of animals — an invented photograph beside a rescue ask is a fabricated fact with a face on it.
Urgency is computed from the deadline on the record and escalates on its own, so it cannot be forgotten and left stale. An animal with no deadline is not an animal with no urgency — it is a record nobody has put a date on, and it says that rather than being sorted to the bottom in green.
