Core participation in the TIMOMAX Welfare Network is free for shelters, rescues, foster networks, wildlife rehabilitators and welfare nonprofits. The database refuses to place a welfare organisation on a paid tier. TIMOMAX's commercial side exists to fund the welfare side, not to charge it.
