Your claim is recorded separately from the record itself and changes nothing about it until it is decided — an organisation’s address and phone number are what people drive to and ring, and nobody may redirect either by asserting they own it.

Registering here does not verify anything. Your record is created as unverified and stays unverified until a TIMOMAX platform admin completes that category's checks, or until you prove control of a channel below. A badge is TIMOMAX's statement that it finished a process, so there is no path — none — that produces one by filling in a form.
Every fact you enter is stored with a record of how it was established — that it came from you, at a stated time, and that TIMOMAX has not independently confirmed it. That attribution travels with the fact to every screen it appears on. It is why TIMOMAX can show your details at all without claiming to vouch for them.
Not known and full are different answers and TIMOMAX stores them differently. A facility that has not counted is shown as not known, never as full — an expired or missing figure means nobody has said, and turning that into “no space” would remove real room from an emergency search at the moment somebody needed it.

The type you choose decides what your record may carry and which permissions it holds — a veterinary practice gets veterinary attributes, a shelter gets custody of animals, a groomer gets neither. It never decides what TIMOMAX has verified about you, and it is not something you can change afterwards from a form: moving a record between networks changes its permissions and its badge, so it is a re-registration rather than an edit.
