Four short stages: who you are, how people reach you, what you do, and what TIMOMAX will say about where each of those came from. Nothing is submitted until the last one, and moving between stages keeps what you have typed.

Before you start

Search first if there is any chance TIMOMAX already holds you. Claiming an existing record is better than creating a second one: two records for one shelter split every enquiry between them, and half of them land on the one nobody reads.

Being listed is free and stays free. There is no paid tier that changes whether you appear, whether Ask TIMOMAX can recommend you, or where you land in a result — that ordering is computed from what you can actually take, how close you are and how confident TIMOMAX is that you have space, by code that cannot read commercial standing at all.

You will need to be signed in for the record to be attributed to you. TIMOMAX records who created an organisation, so there is no anonymous path to putting a phone number and an address into a public directory.

Where TIMOMAX will say each of these came from

Every field below becomes a public claim once your record is verified, and each one is stored with a record of how it was established. That attribution travels with the fact to every screen it appears on, and it is what lets TIMOMAX show your details at all without claiming to vouch for them.

How each registered field is established, and what TIMOMAX will say about it

Legal name	Entered by the organisation at registration. TIMOMAX has not checked it against a register.
Display name	Chosen by the organisation. It is the name TIMOMAX shows and nothing else.
Organisation type	Selected by the organisation. It decides what the record may carry, never what TIMOMAX has verified.
EIN	Entered by the organisation. TIMOMAX does not infer charitable status from it and does not check it against the IRS file.
Website	Given by the organisation. Proving control of the domain is a separate step and is the one that counts.
Contact email	Given by the organisation. Unconfirmed until a verification email is answered.
Contact phone	Given by the organisation. This is the number people ring at 3am, so it is the organisation's own and never a person's.
Address	Given by the organisation. TIMOMAX has not visited it.
Service radius	Stated by the organisation. Left empty rather than guessed when nobody has said.

Registering here does not verify anything. Your record is created as unverified and stays unverified until a TIMOMAX platform admin completes that category's checks, or until you prove control of a channel below. A badge is TIMOMAX's statement that it finished a process, so there is no path — none — that produces one by filling in a form.

AuthorisationI am authorised to act for this organisation.TIMOMAX will not create a record in an organisation's name unless somebody states this. It grants nothing and skips nothing — the record still arrives unverified — but it is recorded alongside the claim.
