TIMOMAX, Inc. (“TIMOMAX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use TIMOMAX.
This is a pre-launch draft. It has not been reviewed by qualified counsel, several provisions are described in the text itself as being finalised before launch, and the fields listed below are not yet filled in. It is published here so the commitments TIMOMAX intends to make are visible and can be held to — not as a completed legal agreement.

Information We May Collect
Depending on how you use TIMOMAX, information may include:
- account information, such as name, username, email address, and telephone number;
- profile and organization information;
- communications and content you submit;
- animal listings, photographs, videos, rescue information, and related content;
- approximate or precise location when you choose to enable location-based features;
- device, browser, IP address, log, diagnostic, and security information;
- Platform activity and interactions;
- customer-support communications;
- transaction information where paid features are offered; and
- information you voluntarily provide when using Ask TIMOMAX.
We may also receive information from participating organizations, service providers, publicly available sources, and integrations you choose to use.
How We Use Information
We may use personal information to operate TIMOMAX; provide accounts and requested services; connect users with relevant animal resources; provide location-based functionality; operate Ask TIMOMAX; personalize Platform experiences; communicate with users; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain security; troubleshoot and improve TIMOMAX; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our agreements.
AI Interactions
Information submitted to Ask TIMOMAX may be processed by TIMOMAX and technology providers used to operate AI functionality.
Users should not submit unnecessary highly sensitive personal information through AI conversations.
Before launch, TIMOMAX will disclose the actual AI providers and applicable retention, training, and data-use practices to the extent required by law.
Location
With appropriate permission, TIMOMAX may process location information to identify nearby animals, shelters, rescues, veterinarians, emergency resources, pet services, community information, or other geographically relevant resources.
Where technically available, users may disable location permissions through their device settings.
Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising
TIMOMAX will disclose whether personal information is sold, shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, or used for targeted advertising and will provide legally required opt-out mechanisms if such practices are implemented.
TIMOMAX will not describe data as “not sold” or “not shared” unless that statement accurately reflects its actual technology and business practices.
Data Retention
TIMOMAX retains personal information for periods reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain security and records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Specific retention periods may vary according to the type and purpose of the information.
Security
TIMOMAX uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.
No internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, obtain information concerning its processing, request correction or deletion, obtain a copy, opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive information, withdraw consent where applicable, and appeal certain privacy decisions.
TIMOMAX will provide legally required request mechanisms before launch.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children
TIMOMAX is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
Age requirements and any child-specific functionality will be established before launch based on the Platform’s final design.
Third-Party Services
Third-party websites and services linked from TIMOMAX operate under their own privacy practices.
TIMOMAX is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as TIMOMAX evolves or legal requirements change.
We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
