Help a Shelter

Help a Rescue

Donate

Payments are not configured on this deployment. No card has been charged, no contribution has been recorded, and no organisation has received anything.
Once Stripe is configured this will open a Stripe Checkout page, and a contribution will only be recorded after Stripe's signed webhook confirms the charge settled — never before.
Give directly to the organisation. Every verified listing carries its own website and phone number, and money given directly avoids TIMOMAX's platform fee entirely.
Setting this up
Set STRIPE_SECRET_KEY, STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET, STRIPE_CONNECT_WEBHOOK_SECRET and NEXT_PUBLIC_PAYMENTS_ENABLED in .env.local. Credentials being present is not the same as this working: a project with no migrations applied is configured and will fail every write, so TIMOMAX reports what happened to the row rather than what the setting predicted.
TIMOMAX remains useful for finding who is near you and what they have actually said about their availability. It cannot take a donation yet, and it will not pretend otherwise.

Configuring payments would not by itself make this work. TIMOMAX's funding model only has transport campaigns — veterinary care appears in it as an expense line on a drive, not as a fund of its own — so there is currently nothing for a veterinary sponsorship to be paid into. Until there is, the way to sponsor an animal's treatment is to ring the organisation holding it and offer to settle the bill with their practice directly.
By how time-critical the need is, hand-ordered, and by nothing else. No organisation can pay to appear higher on it, there is no tier that lifts a tile, and there is no parameter in resolveActions() that could carry one in. That is the same rule the directory, the universal search and the community feed are held to.
